"I love the crossbody bag. Two reasons it did not get 5 stars are 1) bag does not snap shut with my iphone pro max inside. Bag has to stay open if my phone is inside 2) as a plus size person (size 18) the strap was not quite long enough. Luckily I found some strap extenders to solve the issue"
