Our Guarantee of Quality

If at any time and for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a refund. Purchases are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund with original tags.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 15 days
The product is in its original packaging and has tags on.
The product isn't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase

*Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

The original shipping fee and additional charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted for shipping charges is $28.00 dlls.

International Shipping

At this moment we are not able to send prepaid return shipping labels, please use your own trackable and insured shipping method at your own expense. Extra duties fees will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

The refund time will depend on the payment method you used for your order.

PayPal refunds: 3 - 5 business days.
Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days.

Damaged items

Sale items or Discounts

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Sale items 30% off or higher are FINAL SALE.
SAMPLE SALE styles are always FINAL SALE—It’s a deal so if it doesn’t work, gift to a friend :)
