If at any time and for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a refund. Purchases are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days

  • The product is in its original packaging and has tags on.

  • The product isn't used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • We can not exchange more than 5 items per calendar year.

*Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Free Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email to hello@mavisbyherrera.com to request a return shipping label. Make sure to send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase.


Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Sale items or Discounts

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
